The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was organized on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the association hall. The meeting started promptly at more info 6:30 PM with Head of the Board, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the present board members.

This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several strategies designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Starting on early August, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team will work diligently exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
